2 walls = 12*8*2 = 192
2 walls = 10*8*2 = 160
Total = (352-60)*3 = 876 option E

The perimeter of a Rectangle = 2(l+b) = 2(12+10) = 44 feet;
The Area(Surface Area) to be painted = Perimeter*Height - Deductions => 44*8 - 60= 292;
No of Rooms , Area for Three rooms = 292*3 = 876 Sq-ft

Each bedroom is in the shape of a rectangular box and the surface area of a box is 2LW + 2LH + 2WH. However, since Isabella is not going to paint the floor and ceiling which eliminates the term 2LW, the surface she will be painting is 2LH + 2WH for each room, less the area of doorways and windows. Therefore, the total area she is going to going to paint is:
(2 x 12 x 8 + 2 x 10 x 8 - 60) x 3

(192 + 160 - 60) x 3

292 x 3

876 square feet
