I am intrigued by your choice of schools- could you elaborate a little on this?

UIUC is ofcourse University of Illinois at Urbana.

First of all I have all the necessary exp( Although I am in IT Proj Mgmt leading a big team I am into recruiting, sometimes training and ofcourse S/W development) and I bet ISB best fits my dreams. But I am not sure if I am fit for ISB with this lousy score. I will have 10+ years exp by the time if any school takes me next April (2007) but I am not sure about my score.

UIUC came to my mind 'cos this has a great tech school backing though it isnt as popular as MIT. Though the Part time fee is on the higher side I thought it would atleast suffice my requirement to earn aMBA from a reputed school. ISB would be my first choice but I am not sure my score would please them.

So the question is with 10+ yrs exp would they consider a 620 score guy for admission?

Do not quote me!

I heard that for ppl with experience, the work experience and the performance at work is more significant than grades or GMAT score!

Again DO NOT QUOTE ME :)

Well I am with a decent organisation with 10 yrs exp and again when it comes to IT people there are many and I am one in a million :-D

So i was wondering if I could get into ISB/IIMA(PGPX) /IIMC(PGPX)

If nothing works out I am going to a Part Time MBA

I remember reading the age restriction for IIMA (PGPX) long time back, you may want to check it once. I think they need applicant to be below 27 years of age :? (Strange restriction)

Vivek I thought that was the min age as 27....If thats the case I meet it...I can say that I meet criteria of IIMA standards atleast in one area i.e., age
