Hi,
While filling out the ISB application form, under "Employment details"- is there no way to show promotions? If you have been promoted in the same company, how do you show it under "Employment"- didn't see that option.

If there is no option in the application to indicate this (and beyond ISB, other schools don't necessarily have this), you can and should indicate it in your CV/resume. You can do this by using a bullet point / line item to indicate your promotion or you can show different date ranges for the positions held within the same company.
If you need help with your CV/resume, feel free to reach out to us for help! We're happy to give it a couple of reads. This might be a good idea given how important your CV/resume is to your overall application.
