I am planning to give GMAT this week for ISB R3.I know it's pretty late but wanted to know if I should give gmat now or apply next year. Thus wanted to know what is the min GMAT score should I target for getting into ISB R3 this year?

Hi, I would say that from now if you target ISB R1, you can have a structured story to tell the admissions committee.
You come from a good school and have a good GPA and since you have IT background (Indian, IT, male) it is best to maximize your GMAT

There is no minimum GMAT score but you can aim to get above the average ISB GMAT score. You can also look at the GMAT scores of some admitted applicants from the decision tracker at the following link
I am retaking the GMAT this time. Last time it took me a lot of time to prep still I was not happy with my prep. I wrote the GMAT. And GMAT is very true to itself. Did score low. SO unless Mocks are not going good there is no point in writing GMAT.
