I have 13 yrs of experience in IT sector and applied ISB PGP full time course.

1. What are the chances of my selection ?
2. Do you think will I get a job from placement in ISB ? Considering I want to stick to IT sector and want growth in management path

With respect to your career goals, I think it should not be a challenge to find a job that you desire, post ISB

What are the options do I have ? I know there are lots of companies come for the placement but do they come with the mindset of meeting 13+ yrs experienced person.

You can network with the companies that come on campus and find out about senior positions that are available within their companies, but for which they have not necessarily come recruting. That's a great way to find a suitable position for yourself. 
I am sure ISB's career services will also help you also, because they do have a few 10+ years candidates every year, and are geared to handle work with them.
