Hello all,
With ISB beginning to send out interview calls for different locations now, it is imperative to start gearing up for interviews. While some people have got the calls already, many others are still waiting. However, sometimes, the time gap between getting a call and the actual interview may be very short - as short as only 4 to 5 days.
Have you thought about what you need to prepare for ISB interviews? - Understand that it is not about knowing the questions that are likely or using templates. It is about knowing yourself and how you fit in with the school.
- While ISB interviews used to be quite conversational till a couple of years ago, they are a lot more rigorous now. You need to be very clear about your goals and how ISB can help
- Knowledge is necessary, but not sufficient. You also need to ensure that you are presenting yourself with impact and conviction.
- You need to understand not just your own career goals, but also other options that you could be evaluated and quizzed on. You also need to know not just what your own achievements are, but which ones ISB will consider differentiators.
