Hi All,
I had a doubt regarding my ISB PGP application. My manager who would be providing me with a LOR has suggested to use personal email instead of official email address as the firm I'm working with requires a proper HR approval. This approval takes very long to get processed and hence is not the most practical option right now.
I wanted to check if it would be fine to use the managers personal email address for the LOR weblink.
Please some help is really appreciated.

Hi “Paras0210” , it’s probably ok to submit your manager’s personal email citing the given reason as long as your manager’s linkedin profile looks legit and credible with complete work experience information including current company . However it would be best to submit his official email id incase the college needs to conduct a verification eventually.

If I were you, I'd reach out to the ISB admissions office to see what they can do to make this easier for you. We can advise here but aren't the authority on what is appropriate or possible.
Asking won't penalize you, so why not go ahead and drop them a line (email or phone) so you can get the answer directly from the horse's mouth?
