Hi All,
The ISB interview shortlists are gradually coming in and I believe by now, some of you must have started receiving the calls. Congratulations to the ones who have received an invite, and wish the very best to ones who are eagerly waiting.
The ISB interview panel comprises of Adcom members and alumni, who will be evaluating you on multiple components :
- Clarity in your goals
- Co-relation between how and what you say there versus how you have portrayed yourself in the application form.
- Cultural fit to ISB
- Driving factor in your professional life
- Subject Matter Expertise in your domain (strictly based on your past work ex)
- Ability to handle pressure / stress
- Personality traits
- Aptitude and analytical abilities
- Clarity in why ISB is the ideal destination for you
- If and how you can back what you have written in your essays and form
.... among others.
I am an ISB alum, whose has been part of both sides of the table - applicant and panel member (past.. will NOT be this time).
