Hello everyone,
It would be great if someone could help evaluate my profile for ISB PGP CO’27.
23F
ICSE 10th 85%
State board 12th 75%
Yet to take GMAT and kind of struggling as im getting around 585-605 in mocks, hoping to get better by end of october when I will be giving my actual exam
Btech chemical engineering from tier 2: 7.66 Cgpa
2.5 years work ex at a big 4 at time of joining .
Internships
4 internships related to chemical engineering

Published a research paper related to chemical engineering in a well known journal.

Extra curriculars
National level basketball player
Captained the school and university team in multiple tournaments where we won.
Also have some social work experience and one award

Your profile is on a weaker side, hence it is imperative for you to get good test scores to compensate for that. However, do remember you have 2 more very critical components to make up - the essays and interviews. Do not undersetimate the two.

One glance at your profile shows that while your academic performance has been about average, there are some spikes though, such as your publication and multiple internships in your area of study. These can help put together a strong narrative in the essays, which we can align well with your aspirations or use to highlight the learnings that have shaped you as a professional.

We are not yet sure about the exact nature of your engagement with the Big 4 or the specific impact you have driven, but having 2.5 years of experience with a Big 4 firm will certainly aid your profile.

With respect to the GMAT, we recommend pushing harder with your preparation, as a score of 655 or higher would put you in a good spot. Your academics are average but you have great extra-curricular achievements.

Focus on doing as well as you can on the GMAT. A 665+ is a good score to target.
