Dear
fugaiure,
One glance at your profile shows that while your academic performance has been about average, there are some spikes though, such as your publication and multiple internships in your area of study. These can help put together a strong narrative in the essays, which we can align well with your aspirations or use to highlight the learnings that have shaped you as a professional.
We are not yet sure about the exact nature of your engagement with the Big 4 or the specific impact you have driven, but having 2.5 years of experience with a Big 4 firm will certainly aid your profile.
With respect to the GMAT, we recommend pushing harder with your preparation, as a score of 655 or higher would put you in a good spot. We completely understand that it may feel like quite a leap at the moment, but we are confident that with a bit of personalised guidance in the areas where you are struggling, it can be achieved.
Your extracurricular achievements are certainly impressive and will add an interesting dimension to your application. Your national level basketball representation, leadership roles as captain and social work experience will definitely work in your favour.
At Team FLY, we are a collective of ISB alumni dedicated to supporting prospective MBA applicants with profile positioning, essay reviews and interview preparation.
In summary, we do believe your profile has potential, but to better understand your goals and offer more personalised guidance on how you could work on your score and other aspects of your profile, please feel free to book a 15 minute free session for a detailed discussion with us:
