I am seeking advice from this forum to help me in the conundrum of deciding between two of the most prestigious executive programme available in India: ISB PGP vs IIM PGPX
My profile: Bachelors in Hotel Management - IHM Pusa, Delhi Total 6 Year Work Experience: 1) 5 Years - 2nd Largest International Hotel Chain A)1.5 Years - Management trainee B)0.5 Year - Duty Manager - Front desk operations C) 3 Years - Revenue management (Multiple hotels & Cities) 2) 1 Year - Revenue manager (International Market) Start-up Hotel chain
Why MBA: Gain marketing / E-commerce skillset and combine with Revenue management work experience. Target Companies - AB InBev., Ola, Flipkart/Amazon, OYO ( All from top of my mind, Never said no to a new experience) Fee: Not a deciding factor. P.S. I am currently holding an admit for both B-Schools.

Sorry, a little off topic question. Did you get admit from ISB by applying this year itself or did you apply as an EEO or YLP and have a deferred admit.
Afaik from pivoting to your desired role / company, I know people from both the schools who went on to join these on mid to senior level roles so either bet is going to be fine. The point to consider is at IIM people have higher experience where as at ISB they’ve almost your level of experience.

ISB - Deferred and IIM is this year. Not sure whether I should chase higher work exp cohort with 140 batchmates or 900 cohort size and eventually better networking.

With a more inexperienced cohort, your peer learning is quite less.Even if the cohort is larger, its practically impossible to network with everyone. Real networking takes time and efforts.
