Difficult to really comment without the GMAT score, but to answer what you are asking:
- Acads and work ex are both good. The scholarship in college really helps. So does the onsite experience and the awards won at work.
- In terms of some points you mention, just being a member is not enough. Joining a network or being associated with an NGO is not enough. You should instead focus on what you have done. Similarly, online volunteering matters, but significantly less as compared to contributing efforts in organizing things. These are areas to look more closely at. You might like to take a more proactive or contribute role here (commenting based just on what you have mentioned here; it is possible your role is larger than mentioned here already)
- The certificates help but only if your core line of work at Infy aligns with them.
Overall, at this point focus on getting a strong GMAT score. That is the single most important thing you can do at the moment. Aim for a 700+, and of course the higher the better.

As stated by GyanOne in the earlier post, looks pretty nice to me. Don't take my word for it though but as you are an engineer, PLEASE do score comfortably above avg ISB GMAT score and work on your telling your story better (as per application standards I mean)
