Starting with the academics, it has been decent throughout which shows academic inclination as well as consistency.
Both the colleges that you have studied are well renowned in the respective fields. Also, you have worked in the same field in which you have studied, making your academic and career journey quite directional to understand.
The work in social sector, sustainability and top ratings in your organization adds a lot of brownie points to your profile.
But you will need to work on GMAT score a bit as you have correctly realized. You should aim for at least 645+ if not more as shortlist is heavily depended on GMAT score, the final selection will not so much.
Another question that you may need to ponder in application stage will be the need for second MBA. Though not rare, admissions team would be curious to know.
