Good to see a strong academic pedigree, accolades at work, and a differentiated profile.

Two things that you need to focus on:
-Improving your GMAT score; while the GMAT expectations from you will be lower than that from candidates who have typical profiles, you still need to work on this aspect as your current score is well under the average.
-Explaining the need for a second MBA only a couple of years after your first; frankly, a lot will depend on how well you answer this question in your essays and at the interview stage.
