The ISB R2 Interviews are rolling out, and as a team of ISB alums, we wanted to share with you some of the parameters that the admission committee will be evaluating you.
1. Leadership potential based on past experiences
2. Consistency in the thought process
3. Ability to give logical arguments
4. Subject matter expertise in the domain where the candidate claims to have professional experience.
5. Motivation and passion
6. Domain knowledge
7. Analytical acumen
8. Conviction in responses
9. Clarity in short term goals
