Hi Bushra1108 , as a female from manufacturing background myself I want to advise you to not worry and stay positive till you get a decision call (affirmative or negative).
If this makes you feel any better- I have seen every female applicant from manufacturing background get an interview invite from her target B School (including ISB and T15). So the odds are in your favor (with that, hoping other aspects of your application are in good shape).
