Grad: 74% (avg)
Currently studying in Christ lavasa( Business analytics). I have done multiple internships during college especially in marketing(not big firms though). Worked with 2 NGOs( one based in India and other in Amsterdam) in the area of gig work, also worked on a project on sign language associated with college.Cracked NIFT( national institute of fashion technology) exam, worked on some personal analytics projects. There is one research paper i am working on. During college i was a part of few events, have won and represented our college in an event.
Kindly rate and give suggestions on how can i improve my profile.

Academics: Your 10th and 12th scores are solid, but the 74% graduation average is on the lower side for ISB YL, which is a competitive program. You'll need strong elements elsewhere to compensate.
Work Experience/Internships: Marketing internships are good, but ISB YL values demonstrated leadership and impact. For your application, focus on quantifying your contributions. What results did you drive? Did you lead any initiatives? The "not big firms" part actually doesn't matter as much as what you accomplished.
NGO Experience: This adds differentiation. The Amsterdam connection shows international exposure. Highlight the specific impact you created.
Academics + Research: The research paper in progress could be a differentiator. Is it publishable? What's the topic? If it's in analytics and connects to your career goals, emphasize this.
Areas to Strengthen:

Good to see the focus on social impact and international experience. These will definitely help add some crucial talking points.
Focus should be achieving a 675+ on the GMAT and supplementing the same with a set of essays that aptly communicate your strengths.
