What are the parameters that we are judged on if selected for ISB YLP STAGE 3 (Interview). Will the GMAT score also be considered again for final selection from the interview?

Yes, GMAT or GRE score comes into picture at the time of final selection. The interview is normally not a make-or-break step unless one performs exceptionally bad in their interview. All the Best!!!
