Hey Guys,

I was supposed to appear for the GMAT exam which was scheduled today(26th September) but due to ID issues at the test center, I was not allowed to appear for the exam. My middle name was missing from my profile and was not according to the passport format, so now until this issue is not resolved I will not be able to give my attempt. Has anybody else faced this issue? If so, How long did it take for you to get the name change issue resolved?

Updates, as far as I know, take only a few days. Get in touch with Pearson customer support (call them, if you haven't already).

You need to contact GMAC through mba.com for fresh exam dates. Post verification of documents, the dates will be emailed to you.

Hi Scott,
Yes, I did and I was told that they are working on it but not sure how long it may take. Until this issue is resolved I will not be able to book an exam and it is quite a stressful situation to be in

Hopefully, it won't take that long. Consider googling how long it takes to get a sense how long it may have taken some others in similar situations.
