Hi Everyone,
I was trying to register for the GMAT, but after I complete filling in the details of my profile, it gives me the following error.
"Unable to find GMAT ID. Please make sure to complete your profile and try again. If the problem persists, please contact GMAC customer care."
While filling out the form, I can actually see my GMAT ID on the left as shown in the screenshot attached
But after I save my profile, it gets redirected to my mba(dot)com landing page with the above mentioned error and the GMAT ID shows '-'
I tried reaching out to customecare(at)mba(dot)com. They told that they have sorted out the issue from their end, and suggested to clear the cache and use incognito while registering.
I did all those steps as mentioned, but I am still getting the above error. I emailed them back multiple times saying that the issue still persists, but the folks have stopped replying to my emais. The contact number mentioned in the "Contact us" page of mba(dot)com is of Pearson helpline, and they said they can see my profile, and that the issue lies at mba(dot)com's end.
I even tried creating a new profile on mba(dot)com using a new email id, but still got the same issue.
Can someone please guide me on this? Since all the doors have been closed for me.
