Issue with online exam

Hi, my online exam was cancelled due to some technical issues. It has been two days, and I haven't heard back from GMAC yet. Could someone please tell me if GMAC refunds the money in such a scenario or they just offer an option to reschedule the test?

I want to appear at the centre now. The online setup hasn't quite worked for me whenever I have tried to appear for the online version.

Hi. In situations like these they offer you a voucher that you can use to pay for another test. You may want to contact them just to get on their radar. It is not very clear (let me rephrase it - it is super unclear) about the process. It usually takes 1 week + for the voucher to show up and not uncommon to wait for 2 weeks based on the reports.

Hey

They will give you a voucher which is basically a free attempt but i don't think so you can switch to center mode as the voucher will be only valid for online GMAT since the cancelled exam was online mode. Though you can request them for a refund in place of a voucher and book the offline exam.

Thank you, everyone. But I still haven't heard from GMAC yet. Such poor experience twice in a month. It has been 4 days already.
