I've landed myself in quite a predicament. My mba.com account and paypal account are associated with different email IDs(say ID1 and ID2 respectively).I sent my scores to 4 schools about 17 hours ago. Money got deducted from my account, and I got the payment confirmation from 2Checkout Support on ID2 and can see the payment is listed as complete in Paypal. However 2 hours later, I received an email from 2Checkout Support on ID1(where I do not have a PayPal account and only mba.com account) saying that processing failed and no charges were made, listing a different order ID. I am now confused as to how to proceed.
How long does it take for mba.com to reflect the count of no of programs my score has been sent to. It still shows 0 at this point(17 hrs after payment confirmation).
Is there any other way to confirm if the schools have received my score or not?
Is there any other course of action?
