Today I was having my GMAT delivered online exam at 11.30 am IST. Prior to the exam, I had checked my system and it met system requirements as mentioned on the mba.com page. Also, I installed the secure browser.
I was able to connect with my proctor, who helped me do my id verification and also she checked my net speed which was good. Only the last step "Begin Exam " was left. When I clicked on Begin Exam and my proctor provided the password it launched the secure browser but there was nothing visible there. The screen was completely white. My proctor and I tried many times by uninstalling and reinstalling the secure browser and even restarting my system. Still, it didn't work. By then we had already lost 1 and a half hours. After this, the proctor left the meeting and after trying several times I could not connect with her. In the "My Account" section of mba.com, it shows the exam is in progress, and when I click on the resume option it's asking for the Proctor Key.
Then I connected with the Examity Chat agent asking for help to which the agent asked me to reschedule the exam and connect with mba.com. He raised a case for the same.
What should I do now? I am shocked as well as depressed after this incident. Will they reschedule it? Will they refund my money?
With Round 2 deadlines around the corner, I am worried.
