Career Progression for an Consultant after 5 years of MBA
Realistically --what is the position a consultant( started fresh after MBA ) can reach in 5 years time?
I am not about super achievers, but a realistic chance of some one who did an MBA and landed in his first consultant job
To be more specific --I want to know "About a consultant starting his career with Accenture( IT consulting )" what will be his desination in 5 years time
Any website where i can get a feel for the consulting, the roles etc

At Accenture, you will probably be a PM managing groups of consultants. I had a job at accenture without MBA and with abt 4 years of work ex as level 2 consulant. I wud imagine with MBA and minimal prior work ex, you can easily be a PM..
Then again it all depends on which team you are applying for and what your other experiences are.
In a mgt consulting firm you could easily rise up 2 a VP, assuming u join as an associate.
