From what I understood, Billy has already spent 9 hours to complete 3/7th of the work.

He still has to complete 4/7th of the work. The question asks how much longer will it take for him to complete the remaining work.

So I think the question asks how much time will it take for Billy to complete the 4/7th of the work. Hence I came up with 12 hours.

It has taken Billy 9 hours to load 3.7 of the truck. If he continues to work at the same rate, how much longer will it take him to completely load the truck?

A. 3 hours
B. 7 hours
C. 9 hours
D. 12 hours
E. 21 hours

Bunuel, I didn't understand 3.7 to mean 3/7, but rather, 3 and 7/10 (which confused me). Which one is correct, please?
