I was thinking about B. But to be honest I didn't quite understant this argument.
I really have to improve my English. Any ideas on how can I do this? I'm in the US only for 9 months.

Premise:
People who marry as young adults live longer than those who never marry.

Premise:
There are other factors associated w/ getting married that cause people to live longer.

Premise:
young adults who are about to get married have fewer of the unhealthy habits vs young adults who are not about to get married.

Conclusion:
Marriage does not cause people to live longer.

We need to find another premise that bolsters the conclusion that it is not the institution of marriage that causes people to live longer, but rather something else.

E does just that. E says that among a subset of people who are healthy, the single ones live just as long as the married ones.
