I'm a bit anxious now as it has been more than 1 month but the school I sent my GMAT focus score to still can not verify it. I contacted customer support and they ensured me that the score has been sent to the program. I also double checked the mbas website and I’m certain that the program choice is correct and the score report order was already fulfilled on November 18th. In their last email, GMAC provided me an email address that school should contact if they have trouble accessing my score and I have forwarded it to the program admin. There seems to be no further action I can take, but I also couldn't rest easy on the matter because I don't know if it will get solved. The program already gave me a conditional offer contingent on them being able to verify my GMAT score before March.

Has anyone been in this same situation before and did it get solved?

Hey. This seems to be a very unusual and strange situation and I think it’s supposed to be on the school side.

I would continue to message them to make sure that they do their parts. It should be pretty easy for them to do actually...

But I would get plenty of paperwork and message them every two weeks to confirm that they have verified and received the score

Thank you for your advice. I will try to email the school again today. I have a theory that this might have something to do with the fact that the program I mentioned has just been added recently to the GMAC score sending system (just a few days before I sent my score). It's a big and well-established university in Europe but the particular program I chose didn't ask for GMAT score in past years.

That is possible and I’m definitely not the insider so don’t take my word as a guarantee but if the school just recently started accepting the scores, that means they just recently received the login instructions and need to set up their accounts. This likely means they may be new to the process and so they don’t know how exactly it works or where to look up the scores and that would be more of my guess. Meaning they’re new so they don’t know where to look....

Even if you send the score right after the program has been established and started accepting the scores, they should still look yours up even if they did not have access at the time of your test or when you sent the score to them.

Oh it means is they have a webpage where they go and see all the scores that have been shared with them and that feeds into their system sometimes to make the matching easier and more automatic but a lot of times they have to match it manually...

Anyway, I would just demonstrate being proactive and professional. Don’t be a pest and don’t be aggressive but friendly, yet persistent.
