Option A
There is nothing to explain here Sidharth. This is a perfectly valid usage and has been used multiple times in official questions as well.

So, we just need to be "comfortable" with the fact that such as can be split.

For example:

In order to prepare for GMAT, Sidharth is referring to such resources as GMATClub.

There's a slight difference between the two. (Participate / Contribute)
I'm hoping someone can shed more light on this.
Judging purely by how they are constructed, A and E together are sufficient but neither alone is sufficient. 😁
