Th question says -
Infection occurs when host is run down + SB
Therefore, it is wrong to conclude infection present if only SB present
B and E are close.
In B, lavender needs sunlight + alkaline soil
Therefore, lavender might not bloom if it only gets sunlight
In E, people with high bp = hypertensive
Therefore, it is wrong to conclude person as hypertensive on the basis of high bp.
Answer: B
