A headdress is not the same as a type. So "of" is needed here. Thus IMO C.

hello sir,

Please explain what "they" refers to in the sentence. Also, in second part isn't its a full clause just connected by comma.

How can we connect 2 independent clause with just "comma" only.

Also, Please explain why the usage of "that" is wrong in option "A" and "B".

Okay, this may be the worst SC I've ever seen. There is no antecedent for "its" or "they," nor even any context that would make the intended meaning clear. This sentence might work fine as part of an article or essay, but it is of no use as a standalone sentence. Please delete and/or ignore!
