At a high level, if you want to go into investment banking, you should go to Toronto (Rotman.) Their Master in Financial Economics will be a better gateway. If you want to go to into management consulting, it's less clear. Rotman is the stronger program overall (better reputation) and I'm not quite sure the Masters in Management (arguably a more relevant degree for consulting) from Ivey would necessarily given you a recruiting advantage.
Rotman, therefore, is probably the right choice given its ranking and if you are truly undecided at this moment about which post-masters path you want to pursue.
I hope others can chime in as well as we are slightly less familiar about the recruiting details behind each of these Canadian programs.
