Hi
Saloni1 that is a little light on work experience, but 3 years by the fall should be OK if you are able to demonstrate IMPACT. Adding value; making a tangible difference for the company bottom line.
Select projects where you have a clear and achieveable goal, and you have a relatively good control of the variables that will impact success. That said, business schools look for teamwork, leadership and problem solving so these projects will likely have more impact in the company and on your CV if you involve others.
To get into a top MBA program, especially as an Indian, it's about a lot more than work however. Please read through this set of ten posts on how to build your pre-MBA profile

Hi all
I needed some advice on the career options ideal for IVY league school admits.
Currently, I have 2.5 years of experience in Consumer Electronics industry, with one of the top firms. I am planning to apply to universities for Fall 2020 programs. Any suggestions on profile building in terms of ideal work exposure (given the current experience) would be really helpful.
Thanks in advance!
