The way I did was:
Units per fruit-
A:B:C:P
5x:3x:4x:6x

Price: P=1/2A=1/3B=1/4C
Therefore A=2P B=3P, C=4P

Revenue from each fruit:
A= 10xp
B=9xp
C= 16XP
P=6XP
Total revenue: 41xp
% of revenue from sale of apple pies:
Thus ~24%

It's a pure ratio question, so you can just assume Jack sells exactly 5 apple, 3 blueberry, 4 cherry and 6 pecan pies (since the answer will be the same no matter what numbers we use, provided they're in that ratio). Similarly we can assume pecan pies sell for $1, apple sell for $2, blueberry for $3, and cherry for $4. So Jack is making $6 from pecan pies, $10 from apple pies, $9 from blueberry pies and $16 from cherry pies. Adding, he makes $41 in total, $10 of which comes from apple pies, so 10/41 of his revenue, or just less than 1/4 = 25%, comes from apple pies. So the answer is B.
