Any opinions regarding the difficulty level of Jamboree tests for GMAT? I know the scoring algorithm is far from the real one but I wanted to check if my accuracy actually means anything. I personally found them to be a bit easy, especially Verbal.

You are right on algorithm. You can cross verify the level of some of the questions and try to find on GC. It might happen that you are continuously solving easy/medium questions. I hope you will get an idea with cross verification. Try to give an official mock and you will know more precisely.

Welcome to GMATCLUB! I would only rely on a few prep test companies whose practice tests I would consider taking as it is very important to practice with high quality questions especially when you are a few weeks away from your real GMAT.
Apart from the GMATPREP, Manhattan GMAT tests and Veritas Prep Tests in my experience have good verbal and Quant section and will certainly help you point out and improve your weak areas.
Further another advantage of taking many mocks is to build up your stamina. Apart from the GMATPREP tests, taking practice tests of any major GMATPREP company ought to do that.
I would also encourage you to purchase Official GMAT practice Question form mba.com for some great additional practice.
