Everything sounds solid - academics, WE, goals, will need 730+ to be competitive for school list, but if you can tailor your apps to each school, you have good chances for Fall 2024

ayush021
How do we short list schools?
First - determine post-MBA goals
Second - determine location - US, EU/UK, AU, SE Asia...
Third - research schools with the specializations you are interested in
- look at employment reports, student clubs and rankings

Strong work profile - pharmacist and MNC are great, HCM is a great goal and works well for most top programs as they have carved out HCM specialties.
Canadian schools can be good with 530 - is 2.0 out of 4? this may be tricky and require some additional academic boost - like MBA Math - you can have a chat with adcoms about your profile and get feedback.
Beyond my question about GPA, its a solid background and you could even explore schools that are offering GMAT/GRE waivers... or explore taking the GRE. Happy to chat offline as well - https://calendly.com/jenifert-aringo/gmatclub

Great profile, not sure what your post MBA goals are but you can target T15 schools in US, Oxford, Cambridge, maybe LBS... Can also consider Rotman and Canadian schools. Happy to discuss offline more too https://calendly.com/jenifert-aringo/gmatclub

Hi - profile sounds strong, would highly recommend applying for F24 as you are starting to have too much much work ex for traditional 2 year MBA - most Top programs max out around 8-9 years, especially for Indian candidates.
Happy to discuss a more specific plan offline - https://calendly.com/jenifert-aringo/gmatclub

Most schools will say less than 5% - it acts as a confirmation to what you’ve written in your application, it allows committee to verify your WE to some degree and offers insights

1 year programs will give you the MBA core curriculum with a few electives for specialization and no internship - this means it is best for someone that has a solid function or sector that they want to continue to grow within. If you are looking to move to a completely new sector or function, the electives and internship in a 2 year program provide more upskilling/training and insurance for employers.
I will say that most EU/UK programs are 1 year and tend to do well in the corresponding markets for employment, even if pivoting into new sector/function. Just depends on the program.
