Not sure about any other schools in the US besides Columbia, but there's a whole bunch in Europe besides INSEAD: LBS, Warwick, Manchester, HEC Paris

Simon (Rochester) is another one that comes to mind (18 month track)

We also have a number of schools that offer a May intake i.e. a one-year accelerated MBA program is typically for those who have an undergrad degree in Business. To mention a few names here :

Emory
Babson 
Notre Dame
University of Florida

Kellogg (Classes start in June)

If you want to go for the accelerated MBA 1Y or 18 months you'll have to weigh the opportunity costs of not doing an internship. Additionally,the recruiting schedule of many firms is based on assumption of a fall (Aug/Sep) entry into the program.
