Even if there is not an official joint degree program, it is worth checking with your law school to see if they have an unofficial connections with nearby MBA programs.

Absolutely possible to do in four years, although that could mean you have to forgo your summer intership. I have a friend who is doing Columbia JD + Wharton MBA, and he needed to give up one or two summers to catch up on the credit. Obviously every school works differently so this is a questoin I would ask your school/ your target school's counselors.
