Can any one whos currently studying MBA at McCombs share how the placements have been this year? Are the internationals struggling or everyone has a job with visa sponsorship? Are companies reluctant to sponsor visas for internationals? Would appreciate a frank response with stats if possible and no sugar coating.

Don't have stats for McCombs, but will say that the more competitive the school, the better chance you'll have upon graduation of getting both a job and visa sponsorship as an international. For example, someone graduating from HBS or Wharton is going to most likely get the job offer every time, over someone from McCombs (just as an example).

That's why it is so important to try to get into the BEST SCHOOL POSSIBLE, and to make sure you're competitive at that level by pouring all of your energy into first the GMAT and then your admissions essays.

Hope that helps!
