This article made me feel a bit uneasy about my decision of attending b-school next year. Initially, I thought it was just affecting the 2nd tier schools, until the article start to mention the situation at Ross.
I know internship hunting is still 1.5 years out for me. I really hope the economy picks up by then, $130K+ of debt is hard to pay off without a high paying job =(
How's the situation for you current students/MBA grads?

It all depends on what industry and job function you're looking for.
Things are much better this year for summer internships than they were last year. Some industries can't find enough MBAs to hire, others only want one or two MBA for the summer.
Honestly, if you're willing to work your way up, there is no reason why you can't land a good job coming out of a top 15 MBA program. You might not land your dream job coming out of school, but there is no reason why you can't get in the door if you're willing to make certain sacrifices.

I have friends who are still without work, though most are suffering from the H1B and financial services collapse / sensing of opportunity that took place through 2009.
It is without any doubt a tense situation to find yourself in, but I guess it is something you have to be prepared for happening (or alternatively have confidence that this will not ruin you). Even for people with jobs, as someone who found my job to start early October I started in advance of the vast majoritry of major firm consultants I know, who got pushed back.
This risk exists in every graduate degree you may choose - Lawyers are having an awful time of things. You just have to add this in to something you are prepared to stomach by quiting your job to go back to school.
