It all depends on what industry and job function you're looking for.
Things are much better this year for summer internships than they were last year. Some industries can't find enough MBAs to hire, others only want one or two MBA for the summer.
Honestly, if you're willing to work your way up, there is no reason why you can't land a good job coming out of a top 15 MBA program. You might not land your dream job coming out of school, but there is no reason why you can't get in the door if you're willing to make certain sacrifices.
