John buys 5 books with an average price of $12
Sum of price of 5 books = Average * 5 = $12 * 5 = $60
If John then buys another book with a price of $18, what is the average price of the 6 books
Average Price of 6 books = Sum of price of 6 books /6 = (Sum of price of 5 books + price of \(6^{th}\) book) / 6 = \(\frac{$60 + $18}{6}\) = \(\frac{$78}{6}\) = $13
So, Answer will be B.

➡ Sum of All the values = Average * Total Number of Values
