John takes 15 hrs while Bill takes 6 hrs.
If Steve took 6 hrs too, Bill and Steve together would take 3 hrs. Then all three together would take 1/3 + 1/15 = 6/15 i.e. 15/6 hrs = 2 hrs 30 min
