We need to know how many gyms have both a squash court and a swimming pool.
(1) All but 2 gyms in the area have a squash court.
We do not know how many have BOTH a squash court and a swimming pool.
INSUFF.
(2) Each of the 9 gyms with a pool has a squash court.
Now we know that there are \(9\) gyms with both a squash court and a swimming pool .
p \(= \frac{9}{12} = \frac{3}{4}\)
SUFF.

Can you please elaborate on statement 2. How can statement 2 be Sufficient while there is no any information about the other 3 swimming pools. Why is it that the official answer assumes that the other three gyms donot have swimming pools and squash court?
