Let me get this chat going and ask a question (and answer it )

The question is, should I rush and apply in R1 or wait and apply in R2?

In theory, R1 is always better. The chances might be slightly higher for both acceptance and scholarships and even if they were the same, you want to know the answers by November, in case you need to apply to some backup options as well.

BUT R2 with a better application (CV, essays, recommendation etc.) is always better.
or in other words
20+ points in the GMAT R2 ALWAYS beats R1

So only apply when you are ready!

WOW, sounds like you have the full package.
- Great work experience. especially with all the achievements in the bank!
- GREAT GMAT!
- Nice extracurricular activities
- and the "extra" mile with the prizes you won, and volunteering you do / did

All in all, I think your profile is super strong (feel free to reach out on shimriw@ARINGO.com if you are looking for assistance with your application!)

School list seems SUPER DOABLE, and you should be up for some serious scholarship money too if you write some stellar apps

you have two great degrees and a very interesting career progress so far (and unique!!!) we can definitely connect your degrees and career to why MBA.
Top 15 are within reach next year, or in 1-2 years, with a high GMAT even top 10.
I can’t see a reference to GMAT. that’s the next stepping stone (Once you have a score, which is 700++, we can discuss in details your profile and chances at a top 15... feel free to send me your resume, and GMAT score to shimriw@ARINGO.com and we can take it from there)
GOOD LUCK!

Hi, it sounds like you have an incredible profile. great education, great job (would love to hear about the awards and recognition), and Fidelity is a Tier 1 brand.
your main problem today is yoru GMAT and the timing - GMAT is considered low for top 10 universities and will not earn you scholarships. and timing - you have 2 months for R1.

My suggestion, ignore R1. only concentrate on the GMAT, and get it up there (750).
Then, apply, quietly, in R2.

To which schools?
with your profile and a 750 (and perhaps our assistance to write AMAZING essays), you could go for any top 10 school. with higher chances / fit to East Coast, finance schools. naturally the lower rank you will go, the higher scholarship chances you may have, so it is up to you (for example, do you go to Kellogg without a scholarship or Michigan Ross with a fat scholarship ? your call)
happy to discuss further, once you complete and ace the GMAT :) . as always I am on shimriw@ARINGO.com

GOOD LUCK!

its really hard getting into Harvard, Stanford, MIT or Wharton for anyone. and with a 690, very very difficult (nevertheless, we had a 640 get into MIT this year, a 660 get into Harvard, and a 670 get into Wharton. needless to say, they came from a special background!).
Your profile sounds exceptional (I still would like to know more :) ) and with some stellar applications you can definitely make it into some of the above schools (Tuck and Yale for sure!)
I still am missing info like: who you are (background), managerial experience, additional extracurricular activities, international experience and more
if you send me your CV, GMAT split and any other info to ShimriW@ARINGO.com I will try to give a deeper review and perhaps we can work together on some amazing applications!
GOOD LUCK!
