you explain to the Adcoms in the same way you explained here. you start your CV with your professional experience, and show your 4-5 years of experience, and then describe your masters (you can even say it was "part-time". and you express this in your essays too

And also, what other aspects of my profile can I improve now to gain an MBA admit from USA B schools?

I know nothing about you, but high GMAT, good career progress, good GPAs, extracurricular activities, interesting aspirations, etc.

If the work experience is from a local firm which is not known to people globally, then how should I put it on my application?

Done bachelor’s and master’s from top tier colleges. Around 8 yesrs exp in automobile industry. Have been working with Japanese ccompany for last 5 years. Wish to join ex MBA from top IIMs by applying in 2nd or 3rd rounds. Will it have impact in my admission

hello, I have around 4 years of experience, but the issue is that my work ex journey has not been se pleasing, as in i have been working as an assistant with technical role involving working on Microsoft excel sheets.. How can i work on that..

not sure what the question is - applying in the last round is not advisable, but Round2 /3 is fine!

I don’t know how you can make up for a technical role... focus on the business aspects of it? or find a new job?

But i am giving my gmat by September to apply for 2/3 rounds.. so job shift wont help..
