Will keep it short since it's nothing to be proud of. Got 640 on GMAT Prep 1 a couple of weeks ago and 670 on GMAT Prep 2 only two days before the real GMAT.

Was hoping to get in the 670-700 range.

Now the thing is, the schools I want to get into have average GMAT scores of 660 - 690 and one that is 630.

Should I apply for the school with the 630 requirement or should I apply to the 660 one as well? I really don't want to write it again as I already spent several months preparing and feel very frustrated.

One Idea I have is to book the exam 2 weeks from today and spend 90% of the time studying verbal since my Quant score has always been in the 41-44 range in all my mock tests. I know if I can go from 35V to 40/42V I will be happy with my score.

Any tips/advice is appreciated.

Hi there,

I would advise better to nourish quant than verbal since taking a leap from Q41 to Q47 would be much easier than V34 to V42.

You can target Q47,V40 though.
