My answer is (C). It took me 01:06.
(A) "the human excretory system" should be compared with a similar system, not with "the flatworm".
(B) "from circulating fluids" should be placed after "excretory system".
Use of passive voice.
(C) Correctly compare "the human excretory system" with "that of the flatworm".
(D) "the excretory system of humans" should be compared with a similar system, not with "flatworms".
Between "as with" and "like", choose "like".
(E) "which" should be "that". Such usage is totally fine in British English, but GMAT / American English makes the distinction between "that" and "which". Read more at https://www.vocabulary.com/articles/cho ... hat-which/
