Your English seems fine, though I can only judge based on one small paragraph. You have plenty of time to improve your foreign language skills and prepare for the GMAT, so please don't panic. In fact, it's probably too early to start one's GMAT journey 18 months in advance.
If you are particularly eager to do something productive with regards to the test, look into some GMAT Fiction. Another option is Doing Grammar by Max Morenberg to strengthen your English skills. The book is not specifically designed for the GMAT, but sometimes non-native English speakers need to start with a broader approach.
