K is positive integer. Is K square of an interger?

1. K is divisible by 4.

2. K is divisible by exactly 4 different prime numbers.

does this mean the same as: K is a positive integer is K^2 an integer?

Answer: it is not the same. I think it is like this k=x^2 - so the question is whether x is an integer if you know k is an integer and K is divisible by 4 or k is divisible by exactly by 4 different prime numbers.
