Stmt1: K = 4, 8....insufficient.
Stmt2: k = 2*3*5*7 or k=2^2*3^2*5^2*7^2....insufficient.
Combining two....k can be 2^2*3*5*7 or 2^2*3^2*5^2*7^2...insufficient.

1) is insufficint since multiples of 4 4,8,12,16 ... etc sometimes squares some not
2)2*3*5*7 or (2*3*5*7)^2 etc ... can be square or cannot be !!INSFFI
Consider both :
2*3*5*7*4 is not a square
or (2*3*5*7)^2 *4 is a square
HENCE INSUFFI
IMO E
