Kale is a strong winter green that’s increasingly finding its way to the summer table. Although it’s traditionally sautéed, baked, or simmered in stews and soups, inventive cooks have found that treating it to a massage turns this tough cookie of a green into one that’s soft and silky. You’ll find two kinds of kale at your market: curly and lacinato, also known as Tuscan or dinosaur kale (“dino” for short). Lacinato is less fibrous and grassy tasting than curly kale, and we recommend it over curly kale for making salads.

does this RC project has questions in 600-700 level only ? or we can expect >700 also in coming days ?
