Kaplan CATs confuse terribly with score and performance

It's been almost 4 months that I ordered GMAT Premier of Kaplan with 6 practice tests.
Despite the thick appearance of the book that makes you think all you need to know about GMAT is there to learn, simply the book itself explains nothing more than the basics of the test. Yet this is another issue to talk about.
My complaint this time goes especially to CATs that you can take online when you order Premier book of Kaplan.
1- The book claims to provide 5 CATs so one can evaluate his performance in different times. So far I took two of the CATs and unfortunately, most of the questions were the same or similar in both of the exams. This led me to guess the answers beforehand or have an idea about the content of the question.
2- As soon as you do first 10 to 12 questions correct, you will find yourself in at least 85th percentile. The quant part has 14 wrong answers, starting from 12th, results 50, 88th percentile. Verbal has 21 wrong answers, starting from the first until the last one, results a 39, 89th percentile. Eventually the score 720, as far as I'm concerned, far away from being realistic to estimate the official score. Second result is also irrelevant; even though I have 20 wrong answers in verbal(1 less than previous), this time keeps me in 38th percentile, which 60 percentile lower than previous test.
3- Even though I have fewer wrong answers in official GMAT prep application, my score is not even close to 700+: 660. Maybe tests of Kaplan deserves a bit analysis over its score estimation as well.
