When I was doing my research on
Kaplan, the information seemed really outdated on this site, so I thought I'd share my experience. I took a
Kaplan course (on site & I really had a good experience) and 3
Kaplan CATs: 530-560-560. (The last CAT was taken a mere 3-4 days before the real GMAT!) I was really worried about the actual GMAT but was unable to reschedule it because all weekends in April were booked. So, I took it today and got a 610! In my experience, I thought that the actual GMAT was easier than the
Kaplan practice tests, but I didn't think
Kaplan's review for IR was comprehensive because I was completely taken aback by some question types I had never even seen with
Kaplan for the IR. However, that's just probably because the IR is new? Anyway, just thought I would share. I haven't gotten my IR score back anyway because I just took the test today. Don't get discouraged by your low score on a
Kaplan CAT! It'll all work out
