in general you can.... timing is about the same. however.... i had big variance in my quant timing between tests. as a math grad with no problems with math i solved 2 of my practice tests in about 40 minutes (no mistake here). but in 2 other tests i finished only about 2 minutes before the time. on the test day i finished about 4 minutes before time.
my suggestion, because of this variability is to practice "changing modes at will", that is to know how to work fast, and how to work slow without working too fast or too slow... and plan 2-3 checkpoints during your test. (the first after the 15th question, up till there work in slow mode. then if you are too slow, for the next 10 questions move to fast mode. then decide what to do in the last questions.
but in order to do that effectively you MUST practice controlling your speed. (my tendency in fast mode, was to work too fast, doing stupid mistakes).
hope it helps,
amit.
